This website and associated accreditation systems are operated by the REAIM 2027 Host Country Secretariat, established within the , Defence Headquarters, Ulinzi House, Nairobi, Republic of Kenya.

2. Data Collection and Purpose

We process personal data provided during delegate, speaker and media accreditation, including name, nationality, affiliation, passport numbers, biometric photograph for badge production and contact information. Processing is undertaken strictly for:

• Issuance of diplomatic and security credentials for venue access at BICC;
• Protocol coordination and bilateral meeting administration;
• Communications concerning summit updates, logistics and ministerial statements.

3. Data Protection and Retention

All data is maintained within secure government infrastructure adhering to the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) and international diplomatic conventions. Accreditation records are securely archived following the conclusion of summit proceedings and destroyed per statutory schedules.
